A Milestone is reached (finally)
Save Our Soul Coalition has reached a milestone in actualizing the vision of the community. We are signing a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the City of New Orleans to assist in the development of a strategic master plan for the entire Louis Armstrong Park and the Municipal Auditorium.
